Website Pages loading really slowly?

Website pages are loading really slowly and I keep getting the error "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading". I have to keep refreshing to get it to load. It is running slow across chrome and firefox. It is also the same thing on my macbook and windows laptop. I have a wireless connection to the internet. Sometimes it runs not to bad and other times it runs super slow. Any ideas on how to fix it?
