How do i reinstall the wireless internet on my computer? PLEASE HELP!?

AVG Internet Security (the free trial) completely un-installed my ability to connect wirelessly to the internet. I can find the networks but i no longer have the software to connect to the networks. I am not a very tech-savvy person and have no idea how to fix this or where to go to get it re-installed. Please help me!
