Verizon Wireless Warranty Battery Problem?

Hello, I've a Droid Devour and im having a lot of problems with the battery it take like 2 hours to charge and only last for 3 to 4 hour and i don't even play with the phone i just text. Do you think verizon wireless will replace my battery? I pay monthly for the warranty of my phone
