How easy or complicated is it to set up the Avaya 6408d phones?

Looking to purchase about 6 of these phones, want to know if they are easy or hard to set up. Its for my small business and ive heard that maybe you need a digital system or something of that nature, if anyone has experience with them, id gladly take input on this. Thank you!
