What is wrong with my Verizon Wireless LG Env2(used to be Env3) phone?

Okay. Heres the problem. My phone is somehow screwed up, and heres how. If you call my number and I dont answer, it goes straight to my brothers' friends phone. Or if my phones off, it still goes to his. I never get voice messages either. It used to do this with my brothers phone. It started a month after I got my LG env3, a little before i dropped it in my pool(lol:3). I was wondering if ANYONE can somehow help me with this? I'm going to my local verizon today and seeing if they can fix this so then i can get a ringback. But is it, like, just forwarding to their number? (B.T.W. if this helps at all i used to prank call them a lot on restricted..(*67))
