How to unblock a wireless connection?

For some unknownl reason, my PC computer cannot detect a particular wireless connection (say "wireless A") at my work place... It can detect all other wireless in the area but not "wireless A"... which is basically the only connection I can use at the work place. All my other colleagues were able to connect but me... Help!!! Do I need to check anything?
