How can I get a refund for a verizon wireless game?

The game I purchased was very poorly made, in fact, nearly unplayable. There are even glitches in the game that can prevent me from going any farther, and it honestly was not worth the money. It's one thing if I just don't like the game, but when it becomes unplayable, that's when I want my money back.
