Will my internet connection be fast enough for cod: Black Ops on PC?

my internet type is 3g wireless broadband. i did a few tests on speedtest.net and my ping varied around 200-300ms. my download speed was around 1.4 mb/s (although it only downloads files at around 300kb/s) and my upload speed was around 0.2 mb/s. is my internet connection adequate for black ops multiplayer on PC? if it helps, to give you an indication, i can play far cry 2 multiplayer with hardly any lag at all. also how much data does black ops use? (i have a monthly allowance of 7gb) thanks for any help in advance.
