Why is my connection so slow?

i bridged my connection Wireless Network Connection and Local Area Connection to play xbox and my internet became slow, so i unbridged it and my internet is still painfully slow. i tried disabling my local area connection and there is no difference. what could be the problem? just ran a malware bytes quick scan and it came up clean
