Turtle Beach X11 set up issue.....?

dont mute it...instead try turning the volume down to zero had a similar problem once and that worked fine. i have the x11's aswell. although if that doesnt work you may need to revert to AV visuals or getting the audio adaptor (if you have the normal xbox 360/elite
