Work at home with Avaya (this is long) Is it a scam? ?

Hello, I was sent this same email. I was registered at Careerbuilders looking for a job and I applied for it. It sounds good and free training and its not like they asking for money. I would use a different bank account with zero balance to check it out. Please let me know because I am deciding about filling the online application.
