Avaya or Symantec India?

Hi i have an offer with a Co called Avaya in Hyderabad as a tech support professional and Symantec in Chennai as a back up analyst both with similar pay scales..am not sure as to what to choose as both are gud companes..can you please advise as to which to take up and why ..i will join the company to which i get the maximum votes..any questions..shoot.thnx in advance.!
