My mom changed my security code on my Verizon LG EnV and it's programed on Metropcs. How do I unlock it?

You will need to send the phone in to LG to have to reset it or go to a repair shop & have them reset the phone there, fyi you will lose any information you have on your phone, like contacts, pictures, texts.
