Record a personal greeting on 4424D Avaya phone?

Apparently our system manager no longer is employed here and no one knows how to do the simplest of functions on these phones. Can anyone tell me how to record a personal greeting on the phone? Also, if you need to go back and listen to a message that hasn't been saved to your phone is that possible? If so, how do you get back to that message? Thank you!
