I am trying to find the symbol for Avaya based on a historical price I have of $17 on 6/11/07 - no matches?

I am trying to find the correct symbol so I can look up the historic price when I bought the stock originally. When I look up any symbols listed under Avaya, nothing returns a price of $17 on the 6/11/07 date. This is what my paperwork states for my tax return
