How to change message in Audix for Avaya equitment?

When I dial in to check my voice mail in Audix, I am stuck with the last person's name and voice talking back to me. Instead of my voicemail saying "Maya" it still says "Carol Ford" and then goes into my messages. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change this particular message; my outgoing is fine. Any one know how to navigate this?
