How do you change the speed dial buttons on the main screen of Avaya 4621SW IP phone? ?

I'm talking about the main screen that is always showing when you're not in a call. This is very different than the actual 'speed dial' entries. Also, I do not just want to change the labels, I want to change the actual number the button will call. Any ideas?
