Hi everyone : ) I'm not sure what to study next?!?!?
I have started working in desktop support which I must admit I don't really enjoy. I have passed the Cisco CCNA and in my current role I get to support users with Avaya which is something I find interesting and do enjoy. Thing is I have no real experience other than in my current role as I used to work in Sales. I want to get the CCVP next but worry that I may make myself unhireable as only knowing that field... should I do a server MCTS first or just concentrate on the CCVP and Avaya???? The experience with Avaya I'm getting is pretty minimal, I basically pass on tickets to the network team but I do get involved with bridge calls when there is an outage and the Voice network team have offered to help with equipment, sitting in on training etc as the company I work for uses Cisco and Avaya. But of course I worry if I go for an external job they may not hire me based on that and the CCVP. Basically What I'm saying is I'm worried about putting all my eggs in one basket, it's a lot of studying to get to a point where I can't get a job in the Voice field. Any advice would be greatly received : )
How to turnoff wireless?
I have a gateway window vista laptop.. I have suddenlink cable internet box.. it is not wireless... help me turnoff my wireless on my computer... it wldnt connect to suddenlink cuz wireless is still on and I am losing my patient cuz I tried n tried...

My computer does not recognize my wireless adapter?
i have a Acer Aspire 5515 laptop. it has AMD Athlon 2650e processor. The chipset is AMD RS690MC/SB600. My hard drive died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace it. I installed XP Home edition with SP3. Everything works except my wireless card. I use my computer for school and to play Medieval Total war. In the device Manager everything is fine except the sM Bus controller, It has a yellow question mark. I went on Acers site to look for chipset drivers and I downloaded the AMD about 100 times and it did nothing. I cant find the driver on AMD site. any suggestions
How do I reset a mailbox password on an Avaya Partner 18-D Telephone system?
Upon an employee leaving I attempted to reset the voicemail password for a new employee, but the password that was assigned to that phone has been changed. How do I reset the password to that mailbox?
